There are daily flights from most capital cities arriving daily to the Whitsunday’s; both Jetstar and Virgin Blue service our two main airports, The Great Barrier Reef Airport on Hamilton Island (HTI) or Whitsunday Coast Airport in Proserpine (PPP).

The Whitsunday’s is located in central Queensland, approximately 1100km north of Brisbane and 600km south of Cairns. In flying time the beautiful Whitsunday’s are located approximately 1.5 hours North of Brisbane, 2.5 hours from Sydney and 3 hours North of Melbourne. There are also flights to Mackay Airport (1.45 min drive south) and Townsville Airport (3 hrs drive north) and bus transfers can be arranged however, for obvious reasons these options are less convenient.
